- Description
Hearts & Ears facilitates peer support groups for GLBTQ people with mental health issues or concerns. Groups are safe and confidential, and provide an environment where participants can network and get support. Topics addressed include family issues, coming out issues, interpersonal relationships, managing symptoms of mental illness, and work related issues.
- Skills
Ability to empathize, facilitate groups, and a strong desire to help others recognize their strengths and feel good about themselves. Must be responsible and dependable.

- Description
We have opportunities for GLBTQ individuals to assist our Program Director with support and educational activities at our Drop In Center, and to help with special projects. Local residents only.

- Description
We are seeking GLBTQ COLLEGE AGE students from surrounding colleges and universities in the Baltimore Metro area to organize a Student volunteer group (Students with Heart ) to assist our Drop In Center Program Director with activities and special projects. Local residents only please.
